One of my favorite things to order at the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que.

Not just because it's tasty, I really like saying "Big Ass Pork Plate" to the waitress.

Putting "Big Ass" in front of anything is inherently funny for some reason. Geez... Letterman has had a running bit for nearly a decade using the comedic properties of "Big Ass". (i.e. Big Ass Ham)

• a huge heap of BBQ'd pulled pork.
• honey hush cornbread
• 2 sides (might I recommend the Bar-B-Que Beans and some fries??)

Resulting in:

• 1 full stomach
