A take off on "24/7". It means "all of the time and then some."
This is something my old boss used to say to us, before we all left to get real work. He used to say things like, "We've got to be careful 25/8 because you never know who's listening." He also used to wash his hair with some fruity over-perfumed shampoo (or maybe he just wore a fruity purfume on his own) so no one liked to be in the same room with him. He also used to go on and on about how gorgeous his "wife" was, but he never wore a ring and we never saw any pictures or anything.
