The Chicken Fiesta Melt was a short lived, but,
IMHO, very good taco-variation from those masters of reinventing uses for the same
ingredients,
Taco Bell.
The basic idea was thus:
Soft taco exterior.
Usual Taco Bell veggies: lettuce, tomato chunks and thin slices of onion
Strips of grilled chicken
Melted cheese
Some kind've sauce
Despite its simplicity, it made for a good meal. It will be missed.
