Cool conceptual information machine of the hour: Everything

This is most definitely cool. Back around, say, sometime in 1997, I was pondering the inadequicies of currently available web&.searches and indexes, and imagined some kind of encyclopaedia-like anarchic-model web guide similar to Everything in several important respects yet not quite the same.
