An
unfinished all-singin', all-dancin' version of
Samuel Beckett's
Waiting for Godot. The script (by
Donald Barthelme) and notes (set design by Robert
Rauschenberg) were found in a buried trunk in a
Houston backyard.
There's work to be done: Carla Bley and Thurston Moore are working on John Cage's unfinished score (he was too busy with mushrooms at the time); Pina Bausch is working on the choreography. Nathan Lane and Tyne Daly have signed on.
Unless I'm fibbing.
