A
mixed drink consisting of equal parts
scotch (whenever I order it, it always seems to be a blended scotch like
Dewar's White Label--it probably would be a
waste to use a
single malt) and
Drambuie, served over
ice in a
highball glass.
It's a way to drink Drambuie that's not an aperitif. Much more manly and socially acceptable.
