One of the most widespread clinical tests used in Germany today to describe one's self image using psychoanalytic and psychosocial considerations. The test is separated into 40 statements with 6 scales: social response, dominance, self-control, underlying mood, permeability, and social potence.

The number system works as follows:
The closer you feel to the first statement, circle a number to the left of the zero. The closer you feel to the second statement, circle a number to the right of the zero. If you feel neutral, circle the zero.
