British Telecom is claiming a 1976 patent on hyperlinks! I read in InfoWorld that they sent letters to the top 17 U.S. ISPs, asking to be reimbursed for their "technology."
The patent, known as "Hidden Page" was filed in 1976 and granted in 1989 (talk about slow!).
Please add to the stupid patents list!
