Easy peasy and
tastes really great:
First thing you need is three different kinds of oil - any oil, it doesn't even have to be anything fancy. I've found that olive oil, sunflower oil & sesame oil work really well together, but any combination should be fine (except for toasted sesame oil - that's for flavouring, not for bulk use!).
Whisk together an excatly identical amount of each of the three oils. Add a splash of your favourite vinegar or a bit of lemon juice, season to taste and hey presto - you wouldn't believe how flavoursome and different this simple trick of combining the different oils can turn out to be!
