HOAS, or Helsingin seudun Opiskelija-AsuntoSäätiö (Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region) is a Finnish foundation whose name is quite self-explanatory. It rents apartments for students near Helsinki (including Espoo and Vantaa).
