Megatech software were a game publisher whose focus was translating hentai (="adult") japanese PC games into english. The most famous ones are the RPGs Knights of Xentar (1994) and Cobra Mission.(1992). They also translated two fighting games, Metal & Lace and Power Dolls. They don't seem to have a web site, so they've most likely been bought out or gone out out business.
