Here my basic recipe based on the recipe from the
book (see below).
1 1/2 cups graham cracker
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp lemon juice / 1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp flour
2 pounds Cream Cheese
Basically whatever you want to make/use.
- Combine the crust ingredients, press most of the crumbs into the sides and
bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan, let chill.
Beat eggs and sugar until it's fluffy; add whipping cream, salt, lemon and vanilla
Sift in flour, add cheese and beat again.
Pour in the pan, sprinkle remaining crumbs on top
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes and let cool. Decorate with your
