A style of music that, obviously, incorporates funk elements. Can be thought of as a similar relation to funk that trip-hop has to hip-hop. It is usually fairly ironic music, using extensive joking samples. It's often of a very sexual nature. I believe the premier label of this little sub-genre is Ninja Tune.
