Pasta Shell Casserole
20-24 oz. medium sized pasta shells – cooked and rinsed in cold water
28 oz. jar of pasta/spaghetti sauce (pour sauce over pasta – mix well)
1 box chopped spinach (cooked and drained)
2 C cottage cheese
2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ C parmesan cheese
pepper, Italian seasoning
Spray casserole dish with Pam. Put ½ of shell/sauce mixture in dish. Layer cheese mixture over shells, top with remaining shell mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Make at 350 degrees for one hour, or until bubbley.
Makes 10 servings.
