I am a chickenshit, because Koizumi Daisuke is not my real name. That said, I am an otaku. Specifically, an otaku who prefers mecha series that include the three elements of anime that most interest me: large mecha (anything bigger than a light Battlemech works), thought-provoking themes, and good looking girls.
But don't get me wrong, I'll watch any anime that has good looking girls in it. So yeah, I'll watch any anime.

I also like computers and the games you can play on them. Granted, mine is an older computer (I have to go downstairs, in the living room, to play WarCraft III... INJUSTICE!), but it can run Diablo II, XoloX, WordPad and Internet Explorer, and that's all I really need it to do.
Now before anyone jumps on my case over file-sharing program XoloX, I don't steal stuff. I've only burned one CD of MP3s, and it was blink-182's "Take Off Your Pants And Jacket." That was because the copy I owned - and still do - is an edited version that I, uh, "unedited."

My two favorite anime are Mobile Suit Gundam and Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Mobile Suit Gundam combines Char Aznable (who has more complexes than Everything2 has nodes), the concept of Newtypes, and mecha like the MS-18E Kampfer into a sprawling series. (The model kits don't hurt either, I swear they put aerosolized crack in the boxes...) And as for girls... Aina Sahalin and Christina MacKenzie carry the series...
Neon Genesis Evangelion, on the other hand, brings more thought provoking concepts and arguing points than I can count - I find more every time I watch an episode. The Angels don't really qualify as Mecha, but the Evangelions are beautiful and fascinating, and I'll call Sachiel a mecha because he's so damn cool. And finally... call me a pervert, but Asuka... Ah well I'm still in high school myself, so it can't be too wrong...

There is one particular female that I "like" (to use the common vernacular). (I met this girl before I ever saw Evangelion. She looks somewhat like Asuka... coincidence? Fuck no.) Oh yes, I also like to use colorful language. Don't like it? Blow me. Or attack me, go to jail, and become Bubba's bitch. See if I give a flying fuck.
