Rev. Darlena Pagan is the host and founder of the Legal Systems Network. A Website that provide information resources on legal and criminal justice across the world. I have developed and designed the LSN in 2003 and every since I have been working on the site to created new innovation that would include the world as it cyberspace across the nations. It started when Darlena was studying a course in criminal justice and she could not find the answer she wanted and she wanted to find quick notes that she could look back to so she created a website and designed and developed it as a personal journal one she could use as a educational tool for herself and share with other onlines. Soon after she created ideas to the website just to name few, for example, poetry, essays, and website writing. This was a way that I could invite family and friends to learn about the new updates about me.
