Impossible Cherry Pie

The pie that does the impossible by making its own crust - Bisquick

Heat oven to 400 ° F. Grease a 10 x 1.5 inch pie plate.

Add all of the following ingredients in a blender:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Take 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling and spoon it over the top of the ingredients now poured into the pie plate.

Bake 25 minutes.

Top with Struesel (recipe below).

Bake until struesel is brown, about 10 minutes or longer. Cool and refrigerate any leftovers.


Cut 2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter into 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon until crumbly.

High Altitude directions (3500 - 6500 feet): Increase second bake time to 15 to 20 minutes.
