Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, then
fold in the flour and the milk. Pour half of the mixture into a lightly
greased pudding basin and cover with the sliced apples, cinnamon and the
sultanas. Pour the remaining mixture into the bowl. Sprinkle with the walnuts
and some brown sugar if you want.
Microwave the pudding on Medium/High for 10-12 minutes, until a skewer inserted into the pudding comes out clean. Serve hot with custard or Cream subsitute.
