A pastry filled with cream, usually vanilla but sometimes chocolate. Inferior Wal-Mart and grocery store versions have instant pudding filling instead, which doesn't count. The eclairs at Max's are about a foot long, and must weigh a pound or more. They have both kinds of filling! Yummy-nummers. Anyway, you should fulfill your chocolate jones for eclairs at a bakery or pastry shop. Not a mega-mart.
