Special friend is the term that most jocks say their prissy little girls are. This is b/c the jock has a fear of relationships. So instead of entering into one, with the priss, he will instead call her his "special friend". This enables the jock to have as many "special friends" as he wants. This will sometimes have serious effects on the prissy little girl.
