What happens every so often when I eat snack foods. I'll have three Oreos, which is fine. Then, after I finish those, I need more. It isn't a want, it's a need for more. So I go grab another four Oreos. I snarf those down, and the itch has not been scratched. So I get more, and more, and more. Soon I've eaten the whole package, and I'm still kinda hungry. This happens to me with Oreos, Ritz crackers, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream...Thank goodness I've got a metabolism that keeps me rail-thin.
