Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) is a division of the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Security Service CSS.
It's purpose is to intercept and analyze foreign adversaries' communications signals, and decrypt if neccessary.

They collect, process, and disseminate intelligence reports on foreign intelligence targets in response to intelligence requirements set at the highest levels of government, as well as report on counterintelligence.
