The most
disturbing form of
euthanasia is simply called "involuntary euthanasia." Involuntary euthanasia is performed against the wishes of the
person being killed. Every major
religion and medical
organization opposes it, and an overwhelming
percentage of the world's population rejects it. It is
basically a form of murder. A few opponents of the other forms of euthanasia use examples of involuntary euthanasia to try to
discredit all of the procedures.
