Ghetto cookies is the slang name for sandwich cream cookies, especially when they are store brand and bought at the price of a buck fifty for a 2 pound pack.

Ghetto cookies come in many flavors, including chocolate, peanut butter, vanilla, duplex and ghetto flavors. I myself find them to be quite the prefect snack when I have no money or time to eat real food, or else when I just don't want to get off the internet.
