GNU Compiler Collection, or GNU C Compiler, depending on wether you are refering to the C compiler or the GCC Package (It compiles C, C++, Pascal, Java, Ada, Fortran 77, and Objective C to varying extents).
It is one of the best cross platform compiler collections available today, while not running on as many low end platforms as lcc, still running on a ridiculous number.
