Falsies is the slang term for false eyelashes. While falsies clearly referred to false eyelashes in the past, they presently also refer to implanted breasts and external silicone breast enhancers. Runway models and drag queens usually sport falsies (eyelashes) while others may use them for special occasions. Falsies typically make the eyes appear larger and more seductive but are sometimes too scary for everyday use.
