Enamoured is usually followed by "of" (for a thing) or "with" (for a person), and it signifies that one feels like, love, or attraction to a thing or person, or is charmed, captivated, or fascinated by it/him/her. As: I am enamoured of lentils du puy (which is true, and also how I discovered that Webster 1913 didn't have an entry for this spelling of this word).
