In the British Secret Intelligence Service, commonly known as MI6, CX is the name of their intelligence product.

This abbreviation stands for Cumming Exclusively, reffering to the first chief of the service, Mansfield Cumming. When the SIS was originally inaugurated, the intelligence it produced was so secret that it was not dieeminated outside of MI6.

Cx is also social work short hand for client or patient. So if you are looking at someone's chart from a social service agency and you see something like:

"Writer discussed on-going drug problem with cx and formed a treatment plan."

The cx there means client.
