Working as a cabby is also the most dangerous job in America, as reported by the Newark Star-Ledger. As far as dangerous goes, hacking, a term once used exclusively by cabbies, rates higher than policemen or driver sales-workers(deliverymen). A statistic, not supported by anyone but me, is that it is also one of the hardest and most boring jobs on the planet. It would be hardest because of the demanding nature of trying to please everyone who enters a cab and it would be the most boring due to the incredible amount of time one spends doing absolutely nothing while waiting on a fare.
