A sticky, solid form of heroin which is cheaply imported from Mexico. It is made by mixing the pure drug with milk sugar and other substances. It can range from caramel in color to midnight black. It is usually around 3-5% pure, and can be relatively easily found in any major US city. It is often called chiva, pronounced chee-buh.
