Why? Because he would have wanted it this way.

YOU'RE PROPENSITY FOR RETHORIC HAS OFFENDED ME

Dear Fellow Netizens: I have subscribed to this newsgroup for the past month in hopes of enriching my experiences. Judging from the topic, I assumed everyone would be discussing the finer points of strategy gaming. Since I too delight in the exhilarating challenges of armchair warfare from the general's perspective, I had great expectations about the content of this newsgroup.

But it seems my first impressions were erroneous, and all of you are much more concerned with adamantly voicing your personal opinions on various unrelated topics. Having to plod through this endless surplus of rethoric has caused me considerable anguish. I know that freedom of speech is a highly-cherished characterisitc of these newsgroups, but I believe in this case some restraint is in order! My senile grandfather says: "Big mouse can make big mess on your carpet, but giant mousetrap can make even bigger mess of big mouse." I believe this means that when confronted by overwhelming circumstances, drastic measures are in order.

On that note, I regretfully wish to inform everyone here that I've decided to unsubscribe from this newsgroup. Please refrain from posting any undue emotional reactions in response to my impromtu departure.

Yours truly,

Sokwoo Lee
