An old model of Yamaha's standard trumpet, now superseded by the YTR-2335. The latter is very similar in construction, but sports the extra feature of a first valve slide thumbhook. The 2320 is often used by beginning trumpet players as it is durable, easy to play and relatively cheap.
The instrument is, however, not recommended for the experienced player as it is limiting in tone as well as in range.
