Wheeling, Illinois is located roughly 40 miles from downtown Chicago's Loop. One of the northwestern suburbs of Cook County, Wheeling is expected to have 33,000 residents by 2020.

Wheeling is a "middle class", white flight suburb that is now experiencing it's own second wave of migration... this time latinos and russians are moving to its whitebread strip mall streets and educationaly superior high school.
