A voice exercise for actors and public speakers where the goal is to say the poem rapidly and clearly while bouncing lightly on the tips of you toes, emphasising the constants. There should be no tension in the body or neck, but the words should still be clear.

what a to do to die today at a minute or to to two
a thing distinctly hard to say, but harder still to do
for there’ll be a tattoo at twenty to two
with a rat a tat tata tat tat tat tum
and the dragon will come when he hears the drum
at a minute or two to two, I say,
at a minute or two to two
(repeat, faster)

A great way to start the day for non actors too!
