A type of wonder bra that is filled with water instead of silicone or rubber. The bra is padded just under each breast to raise them and make the chest appear more full. Since silicone implants are dangerous the makers of the bra hope that women who want bigger breasts will think that silicone padding is dangerous too. This has proven to be an effective (if deceptive) selling point.
