Mix ingredients into a big bowl and drop onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350o for 12-15 minutes.

This recipe is very similar to the recipe for Lemon Sugar Cookies only it's better because you can make it even when lemons are out of season or moulding away in the refrgerator (aside: it's true. Whenever I buy lemons I use them the first day and put the rest in the refrigerator where I promptly forget about them until I find them six-months later when they're nothing but smelly, fuzzy, unidentifiable balls of mush.)
