An over the counter sedative containing the anticholinergic antihistamine doxylamine, in the succinate form. The recommended dose is one tablet per day, which delivers 25mg doxylamine. Should not be combined with alcohol or other sedatives, or other anticholinergic drugs such as diphenhydramine (Benadryl®) or henbane.
