Tygra is the most cunning of all the Thundercats. With his amazing explosive bolo-whip, he can make himself disappear, and his amazing intelligence helps with the design of some of the Thundercats most amazing devices. He designed the Cat's Lair which the Ro-Bear Berbils and Panthro built in three days. Although he is older and has the wisdom to be a great leader, he allows Lion-O to lead the Thundercats, as it is the boy's inherited responsibility. Tygra has great faith in the young leader's potential, and will follow him to the ends of Third Earth, if necessary, but always stands ready to give advice.
