The third book in Isaac Asimov's robot series, set on the Spacer world of Aurora. Elijah Baley has to prove the roboticist Dr Han Fastolfe not guilty of destroying the robot Jander, with the help of robots Daneel and Giskard. The Spacer woman Gladia from "The Naked Sun" also appears in this book, since Jander was one of her robots.
