The Internet Explorer Problem is something encountered by all Windows NT users. Basically, the dilemma is as follows:

When you install NT4, it installs a very early version of IE- version 2 if I remember correctly. To get to Microsoft's site to download a newer version, you have to be running 3.x or higher. Thus, you must either:

• Install IE from a CD
• Download Netscape or Opera (or insert your browser here), or
• Download IE from somewhere else.

I find it rather amusing that you can't get to Microsoft's site to download anything if you're running the version of IE that comes with NT.
