Bizarre and demented independent film with an all-star cast, first released in 1991.

Marty Malt (played by Judd Nelson) is a garbage man turned stand-up comic failure. Despite the enthusiasm of his manic accordion-playing, corpse-molesting friend Gus (played by Bill Paxton), Marty just can't seem to hold his audience's attention. That is, until a third arm grows out of his back.

Although Marty's new physiological abonormality proves too much for his girlfriend Rosarita (Lara Flynn Boyle), it's just the sort of gimmick that the sleazy talent-agent Chrome (played by the indefatiguable Wayne Newton) is looking for. Under Chrome's guidance, Marty becomes Desi, the Three-Armed Wonder Comic.

This movie's imagery was profoundly disturbing, even for me. And I don't mean to brag, but it takes a lot to offend me -- and this movie offended me. That's why I love this movie.

I gave everyone involved in the production of this movie 200 degenerate points. That's a lot of points. And when you see this movie, you'll know exactly why I did it.
