Tampa Bay Library Consortium (TBLC) is one of six nonprofit multi-type library cooperatives in Florida. Its member libraries serve over 3.8 million Floridians (approximately 30% of Florida's total population) in 12 counties.

TBLC's services include a statewide ground delivery network for interlibrary loan materials, a shared integrated library system, and continuing education.
