Stuck Inside of Mobile With the Memphis Blues Again is that song on Bob Dylan's, Blonde On Blonde album which refers to his being busted for pot in Mobile, Alabama.

This southern U.S. state, in the late 1960's, was farther down the road from Memphis, Tennessee, (also considered the South} than could be measured with just mileage. The music industry in the latter location made it more tolerant of artists and their ecoutements.
