Sailor Star Maker's superpowered attack in the final season of the Japanese anime television series Sailor Moon.

I swear I am not making this up. When she attacks, she lifts her arms and cries out in a loud, clear, voice "STAR...GENTLE...UUUUUUTERUS!". And then a blaze of light erupts from her hands and we fall off the couch laughing.

This attack was officially, in the Mixx manga publication, Americanized into "Star Gentle Creator". While this is essentially the same, it makes Sailorstarmaker appear a lot more credible than we'd like her to be.
