Originally the name of a collection of short stories and autobiographical stuff by Harlan Ellison, STN is also a long running alternative radio show on 2MBS 102.5, alternate Friday mornings 1 to 3 AM, broadcast in Sydney Australia. By alternative, I don't mean punk rock and retro lounge, I mean a mixture of product demo records, sound effects, serial killer radio documentaries, Manson and JFK-analia, unbearable noise, industrial grinding, television background noise, and everything else you don't usually hear on the radio.
