Soy Vay is the name of a company that makes Chinese sauces and salad dressings. It was created by a Chinese woman and a Jewish man who met when the woman offered him a marinated beef stick at a street fair. They started selling the beef skewers together, came up with some good recipes, and ended up deciding to bottle their sauces. They are all Kosher sauces, contain no added MSG, and come in a few different flavors.

The flavors are:

My favorite is the Veri Veri Teriyaki. It is full of flavor. It contains soy sauce, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, onions, sesame seeds and sesame oil. The best part is that it isn't overly salty, which is a big problem with a lot of Chinese sauces. I have used it with chicken, beef, and pork with great results.

I've found the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce at Nature's, Safeway, and Trader Joe's. I've seen the other Soy Vay sauces at those places as well. You can also buy them online at soyvay.com.
