A John Adams piece, originally written for orchestra but arranged for band by Lawrence Odom. An incredible composition of melodies, somewhat disorganized at times but stopping short of a hodgepodge of sound. It's interesting because there are two different rhythms going on at the same time - one for the woodwinds, one for the brass. Truly Amazing, especially when it all comes back together at the end.
