In the Chinese language, Sheng Long means "rising dragon." In Street Fighter II and beyond, Sheng Long is known as the "Rising Dragon Punch" for the fighters Ryu and Ken Masters. Ryu refers to this attack as "Sheng Long," and people were puzzled over what this meant.

In a few years ago, a little video games magazine called Electronic Gaming Monthly had an April Fools' Day tip for the arcade game Street Fighter II. When somebody fights M. Bison, they would had to fight to a tie for a few rounds until a secret character "pops" up and fights with you.

Okay, such a character doesn't exist, but most of the people have thought this was real.
