Trendy, upscale neighborhood in Zurich, Switzerland. I tried to find an apartment there, unsuccessfully. A number of friends live in Seefeld, and it is home to the French embassy, some nice restaurants, and Zurich's only Movenpick wine bar.
Geographically, Seefeld lies on the eastern shore of Zurich See, and extends from Burkliplatz to Teifenbrunnen. There are a couple of beaches along the shore and the obligatory casino. Most of the action is around Seefeldstrasse, the main avenue which runs parallel to the lake shore.
Nice place to live if you're trying to pick up women in Zurich and want to impress them with your choice of living abodes.
