In the movie they wear black costumes with a sliver/white horizontal band around their chest. They use a sleep gun which has flames come out slots in the barrel like a firing artillary piece.
In the original book they use a modified revolver that holds different shells in the chambers to give nets, rippers etc. (a lot like a Megacity Judge's Lawgiver)
